Knuth Brewing Company, located in beautiful downtown Ripon, Wisconsin, is an award-winning craft brewery and restaurant known for its handcrafted artisan beers, and full menu highlighted by their wood-fired pizzas. Founded in 2015 by David Knuth, the brewery began as a small operation inspired by his passion for home brewing and a desire to create high-quality, approachable beers. What started with a half-barrel system quickly grew into a regional favorite, with distribution expanding to over 120 locations across the Fox Valley.

In 2023, Knuth Brewing moved into a newly restored 19,000-square-foot historic building on Watson Street. The expanded space features a large dining area, banquet hall, beer garden, and preserved architectural elements that reflect Ripon’s rich history. The new location elevated both the dining experience and the brewery’s production capabilities.

Supported by a $250,000 city grant, Knuth Brewing has become a key player in revitalizing downtown Ripon. Its blend of quality craftsmanship, community focus, and historical appreciation has made it a beloved gathering place for locals and visitors alike.
