J & S Enterprises Foodservice, LLC was founded by the husband-and-wife team with over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Their mission: to provide nutritious meals to North Carolina charter schools, particularly those serving underprivileged communities. Driven by faith and a passion for service, they explored every possible location—from churches to community centers—to launch their vision. A pivotal moment came during a weekend getaway to Hilton Head, when a surprise call from a school administrator opened the door to their first major opportunity. That call marked the beginning of a wave of interest from schools across the state, affirming their belief that they were walking in their purpose.

Their hearts have always been rooted in giving back, especially to children. With a deep love for kids and a commitment to ensuring no child goes hungry, they continued to pursue a permanent location. After many setbacks, they were led to a vacant building that would become the heart of their operations. What began as a kitchen for school lunches soon expanded into a welcoming space for the community, with plans to host events and serve the public. Through prayer, perseverance, and unwavering trust in God, they’ve built more than a business—they’ve created a mission-driven space where food, faith, and community come together.
