by the masses. Here at StrEATs, our take on tacos is a bit different. We like to say our menu includes authentically inauthentic tacos from street
corners across the globe. We’re not a Mexican restaurant, but a non–traditional street taco kitchen. We use modern culinary techniques combined
with traditional ethnic flavors from around the world. From our Asian–inspired Korean Short Rib Taco, Seoulful, to our American Cheeseburger
Taco, there’s sure to be a taco on the menu you’ll love! Small steps make for big impact – on our health, our community, and our world. We don't
believe in shortcuts, so our food is made right using locally sourced produce when we can, and our meat is 100% free of hormones, steroids, and
antibiotics. We've designed an eco-friendly space, and our food is served in sustainable containers that are good for the environment.
