Welcome to SAN Meats — a family-owned business in Eastern Tennessee. San Meat Packing operates three divisions: SAN Meat Packing, SAN Meat Market, and SAN On-Line.

Their retail SAN Meat Market offers premium butcher cuts — whole, half, quarter, or custom cuts — sourced from Red and Black Angus cattle (grain- and grass-fed) and processed on-site into their SAN Premium Steaks.

They also produce a wide range of value-added items: ground beef, beef bacon, sausages, Philly steaks, cube steaks, jerky (beef & lamb), cheek, tongue, organs, oxtail, and bone marrow.

Order online for local pickup, delivery, or nationwide shipping through SAN On-Line. They ethically harvest beef, bison, lamb, and goat for livestock farmers under USDA inspection, meeting the highest standards for resale. They expertly prepare, vacuum-seal, and customize individual steaks to your liking. Each steak is carefully labeled to meet your preferences.
