After Joe Kowalczyck brought authentic Philly Cheesesteaks to Harrisburg, he partnered with Dave Foran to bring the delicious taste of Philadelphia to the West Shore. After purchasing the business in the early 90’s from Joe and their other partners, Dave and his wife Cathy worked hard to bring the best cheesesteaks they can every day to their loyal customers. To this day, after over 30 YEARS, Dave continues to strive every day to make every new order, the best cheesteak around.
We use a time proven methodology to bring you the best steaks:
